Prof. Osakede Kehinde Ohiole was born to the family of Dr. Osakede Osigele Gabriel & Mrs. Osakede Joana Idodo of Uokha Town in Owan East Local Govt Area of Edo State on 9th November, 1964. He had his primary school, technical college and College of Education between 1974 – 1994 at Odion Primary School, Uokha, Afuze Technical College, Afuze and Federal College of Education (Technical), Asaba. He joined Ajinomoto Foods Nigeria Ltd formerly known as West African Seasoning Co. Ltd as an Import Officer on 1st November, 1995. Shortly after, he did a three months Certificate course in Shipping Management at the Federal College of Education (Technical), Akoka, Yaba, Lagos wherein he obtained a distinction and thereafter proceeded to Ondo State Polytechnic, Owo for a Diploma in Public Administration and 1997 was offered admission by Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife for Advance Diploma and then proceeded to University of Calabar for Post Graduate Diploma in Management rounded up in 2001.

Between 2005 and 2017, he acquired BPA, MBA, MPA, M/Phil & PhD degrees from
the Western Orthodox University, Commonwealth of Dominica, LAUTECH, Ogbomosho, Oyo State, Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos, and Babcock University, Ileshan-Remo Ogun State.

He retired with the position of General Manager in charge of Purchasing both local and foreign in December, 2023 after twenty-eight years of service. He is now MD/CEO of a newly registered company – POKOMOCHA Nigeria Ltd – dated 15th January, 2025 with major stakes in Manufacturing, Management Consultancy Services, HR Management Properties, Importing and Exporting etc.
