The purpose of the Register of Graduates is to provide information to the public about who is and who is not a graduate of European-American University. This is done primarily in order to protect the University and its graduates and to reduce the prevalence of academic fraud and misrepresentation. The Register is maintained by the University under the terms of its Royal Charter of Incorporation in the Bunyoro-Kitara Kingdom.
All graduates who are in good standing with the University are listed on the Register. The University’s administration maintains the Register and periodically updates it with details of new graduates. In accordance with applicable legislation, access to details of a graduate on the Register can be permitted where that graduate has given written consent to a given third party, and the University often supplies such verification to background checking services.
The University also maintains an open notification to the public of false online claims by persons who have asserted that they hold degrees of the University, in order to combat academic fraud.
Contact to access or verify information on the Register of Graduates should be made by email to registry@europeanamerican.university However, the University as an online university without walls does not maintain a central email registry or administrative office and as a result, although copies of graduation documents may be sent to third parties for a fee by email or postal mail, they will be sent by individual University officers from the countries in which they are based and using their personal email accounts where applicable.
Please note that due to technical limitations it is not possible to display diacritical marks in the online Register
