Professor Simeon Uchechi Nnah was educated at Nvosi High School Umunkpeyi and began his teaching career in 1978 following training at Teachers College Uzuakoli. He taught for some time before proceeding to Anambra State Polytechnic Oko (now Federal Polytechnic) where he obtained an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Finance and later graduated in Banking and Finance. He obtained a Masters degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Ibadan, and then earned a Doctorate in Strategic Management from European-American University.
Professor Nnah belongs to several professional bodies both in Nigeria and overseas, which includes Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Finance and Control, Fellowship of the International Professional Managers Association, United Kingdom, Fellowship Certified Public Administrations (Eng. & Wales), Fellowship, West Africa Federation of Administrator and Management Consultants, Ghana, Fellowship, Institute of Strategic Management, Fellowship, Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria, Member, Nigeria Institute of Management and Nigerian institute Training and Management.
He has worked in several organizations which includes Finance companies, Electronic and Print media. He is former Member of the Academic Board of the Strategic Business School, Lagos, and Chief Executive, Star Page Nig. Ltd. (Management & Communication Consultants), Director General ,Research Institute for African Development. He has been a non-Executive Board Director to a few companies. Presently he is Professor in the Department of Business Administration & Management at Houdegbe North American University, Republic of Benin, as well as his positions with the Western Orthodox University and European-American University.
Professor Nnah is a devoted Christian, happily married with children.
