Dr Joseph Igiagbe Ikpea, a past honorand of European American University who was awarded the degree of Doctor of Arts in Public Administration and Leadership honoris causa in October 2015, has been elected as a member of the SENATE of the NATIONAL ASSEMBLY in Nigeria.
